My story

  Meet Our Dashing Mini Aussie called Toaster Man!   This handsome one-year-old purebred Mini Australian Shepherd (31 pounds) is as charming as they come. Toaster Man was found running as a stray in rural Middle Tennessee, he wasted no time making friends with the dogs at his finder’s home. From the start, this boy showed his easygoing nature—befriending dogs with no problem and settling right in. What he truly lives for, though, is people. He adores being close, soaking up affection, and giving the sweetest hugs. If you’re looking for a loyal shadow and a snuggle buddy, he’s your guy.He’s a boy with a heart full of love, but he has made it clear that cats aren’t his cup of tea. Cats? He says “no thanks,” but with dogs and people, he’s a shining star. What he really wants is a person of his own. He craves affection, loves to cuddle, and would happily crawl into your lap for hugs and attention. He’s currently learning house training and crate training, and you will enjoy watching him blossom as he discovers the world around him. Smart as a whip and eager to learn, he’s like a little sponge soaking up everything you teach him.   As with most Aussies, he’ll thrive in a home that understands the breed’s intelligence and energy source. A secure fenced yard is a must, along with plenty of opportunities for long walks, jogs, or hikes. Nothing makes him happier than bonding with his human on an adventure, sharing the unspoken communication between man and dog. This boy is truly a rare gem in rescue—beautiful, brilliant, and full of potential.
