My story

Spot was raised in foster care with his mom, siblings, and his foster dad, a small dog. Spot is friends with everyone he meets, including toddlers. If they are old enough to wave a wand toy, they are his favorite. Spot is especially fond of his sister, Penelope, and they will often clean each other and snuggle together. Like any baby kitten, Spot is high energy and big excitement. He loves playing in the water bowl, making his own toys out of anything he can get his paws on, and riding around on your shoulders, if you’ll let him. He will even fix your hair while he’s up there. Spot is adventurous but settles down for a nap in your lap after he’s worn out. He will run to greet you at the door and keep you laughing with his antics. Spot is a black kitty with random white hairs throughout his coat like his mama. He also has a white “locket” on his chest and some white spots on his belly which is how he got his name. We will process your information and check veterinary and other references. Finally, you may be scheduled for a home visit to make sure the environment is perfect for your new family member. Once you are approved, the process is simple: choose your new kitten, meet and greet him or her, and, if all goes well, you have yourself a new pet. We only adopt within the state of Ohio.
