My story

Meet Whimsy, an adorable American Bulldog mix with a heart as big as her beautiful, expressive eyes. This sweet girl came all the way from Arkansas after being found in a wire crate alongside the highway, left with nothing but a heartbreaking note that read, `Can`t afford to take care of them.` Despite the rough start, Whimsy`s spirit remains unshaken—she is gentle, loving, and full of hope. She’s learning that the world can be a kind place and is ready to find a forever family who will never give up on her. Whimsy deserves a home where she’ll be cherished and safe, surrounded by people who see just how special she truly is. This email will include instructions on how to proceed with our reservation process. - Please note: The location listed in an animal`s profile does not indicate where the animal is available for adoption. Almost all of our adoptions are carried out at our Morton Grove facility.OPTION TWO: COME INTO THE ADOPTION CENTER AND MEET THEM ALL! The adoption center is located at 5915 W Lincoln Ave in Morton Grove, IL 60053. It is open Thursday & Friday, 4 pm-8 pm and Saturday & Sunday, 11 am-5 pm.
