My story

Meet Chadwick! 🐾 This handsome black lab is a true survivor. Chadwick lost a leg after being hit by a semi-truck, but don’t let that fool you—he hasn’t lost his zest for life one bit! At about 5.5 years old and 65 pounds, he’s the perfect mix of playful and loyal. Chadwick has that classic lab personality: outgoing, friendly, and always ready for fun. His favorite thing in the world? Toys! He’ll happily work for playtime and can keep himself entertained like a pro. Despite being a tripod, Chadwick still enjoys running around and living life to the fullest. He gets along great with respectful dogs but would prefer a cat-free home. Car rides aren’t his favorite, so he’d be happiest with a family who enjoys spending time at home or in the yard with him. After being overlooked at another rescue, Chadwick is ready for his big chance. He’s resilient, joyful, and has so much love to give.
