Meet Toby, URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR THIS SUPER CUTE BABY BOY! This sweet guy was surrendered to our shelter along with several other dogs due to their owner having severe mental issues and living in a car. We sadly have a long history with the owner. All of the dogs are very sweet, walks great on leash and are great with other dogs! PLEASE HELP THIS BABY TEXT KAREN 4136298152
