My story

Hi, I’m Callie — a sweet, smart, and oh-so-pretty red and white Australian Cattle Dog mix! I’m about 4 months old and weigh around 18–20 pounds. With my long legs, slender build, and happy spirit, I’m the perfect balance of playful pup and cuddly companion.  I’m at that wonderful age where I’m past the super-distracted puppy stage, but still young enough to soak up every new lesson. That means I’m eager to learn, quick to catch on, and motivated by love and praise. My foster mom says I’m one of those “just right” pups — smart, affectionate, and well balanced. Why you’ll love me: Crate trained – I feel secure and cozy in my crate Leash trained – I enjoy going for walks with my people Well socialized with dogs - he lives with 4 adult dogs and loves them! House trained – I picked it up in just a few days (I told you I was smart!) Sleeps through the night – no midnight wake-up calls here! I’m a medium-energy pup who enjoys playtime with my siblings but loves attention and affection from my humans most of all. While I have plenty of Australian Cattle Dog smarts and loyalty, being a mix gives me a nice, easygoing balance.
