My story
Meet Lentil! This tiny 1-year-old, 7.5-pound Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix may be small in size, but his journey has been mighty. Lentil came to us with his brothers in very rough shape—badly matted and clearly having spent much of his young life outdoors. But with love, care, and a fresh haircut, he has truly blossomed! Now, Lentil is all joy—he loves to run around, play with other dogs, and soak up all the fun he missed out on before. He’s still learning that life is safe and kind, but he’s already showing what a sweet, happy little companion he can be. Lentil is ready for a family who will cherish him, keep him looking his best with regular grooming, and give him the forever home he deserves.
