My story

Allow me to introduce myself! My name is Mae and I am a very confident and social girl who is going to make a great companion for some lucky person. I came to the shelter as a local stray and am now ready to be a member of a loving family. I am a pretty dog, sporting a black and white spotted coat that is smooth as silk. And my looks are matched only by my winning personality! I am a very affectionate dog who loves to give hugs and kisses. I am also a very smart dog who already knows the cues for sit and down. And if you ask nicely, I will even give you my paw. I am also at a really good age -- I am way past the rambunctious puppy stage but still young enough to enjoy outdoor activities with my new family. I would do great on long hikes but would also be happy taking a stroll around the neighborhood. As long as I am with my person, I am a happy pup! So if you think we could be friends, come on down to the shelter so we can meet. I will be right here waiting!
