Ginger Snaps

My story

A volunteer writes: Grumbling a full conversation by way of hello, Ginger Snaps' distinct approach to greetings suits her, even if it doesn't seem to correspond with her sweetly open heart. Tucking her head into my hand for some pets and cuddles, Ginger Snaps has made progress in step with her grumbles and we couldn't be prouder. She came to us from a home with many other cats and shelter life is a pretty big adjustment, but she's so open to learning and it shows. She quickly recognizes her favorite staff members and watching her twirl around to knead her sunflower blanket as she celebrates visits is truly a joy. Ginger Snaps may not be one to make the first move, but she will probably say hello in her way and circle around in her box to get closer for pets.
