Meet Bentley, URGENT HELP NEED FOR THIS SWEET BOY WHOS OWNER DUMPED HIM IN A HIGH KILL SHELTER! Bentley was brought into our shelter due to his owner tying him up outside by their belomgings when they were evicted.
