My story

Location: Monticello, MN Oscar Mayer is a sweet little guy who loves to cuddle! He loves soft fuzzy blankets and snuggling with people. He is mildly interested in dogs, but not super playful with them. He sleeps quietly in his kennel and keeps it clean all night and for hours while humans are away. He vocalizes in a very unique and adorable way when he needs to get out and go potty in the morning. He is working hard on potty training and does well with lots of potty breaks when he is not in the kennel. He enjoys having a chew toy or bone but has not shown much interest in other toys. He prefers to spend his time cuddling with humans or sniffing around exploring the environment. He is interested in and is good with older kids, young kids unknown. He walks on a leash with positive encouragement and looks super adorable doing it! He is generally calm and quiet and would be an amazing pet for a family looking for a small dog with a big heart! --------------- The best way to show interest in an animal is to submit an adoption application by visiting our website (www.rescuenetworkmn.org). Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs), FIV/FeLV test (cats), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration). Rescue Network is strictly foster based which means all adoptable animals are in a home and there cannot be a meet until an application is submitted and approved. We have no way of knowing the breeds in the animals. All breeds listed are best guess.
