Fostered in SIOUX CITY Name- Heart Age- DOB 9/2/24 Breed-schipperke What was your life like before NDCB/Where did you come from? Breeder surrender Who is your main caretaker/favorite person now? The dogs in my foster home Are you good with kids? What age ranges? Over 12 years old please. I don’t like things that move fast Are you good with other dogs? Love my foster siblings. Be VERY specific here Are you good with cats? Not met one so not sure what they are Are you housebroken? What is your current potty routine? Well I use a dog door and pee peas 80% of the time. I don’t like being crated so my foster moms let me stay loose with the dog door open all night with their old dogs Do you like car rides? I can take it or leave it Do you like walks? How are you on a leash? Never been on one so not sure Do you like toys? What is your favorite toy? I never had toys before so I’m learning. Still trying to understand what treats are Do you know any commands/tricks? Nope How are your house manners? Describe your personality-when I came to live with my foster family I was really scared. I wouldn’t let them touch me. Now they can pet me, pick me up and I follow them around the house and yard. I am still really nervous about couch cuddles but I’m willing to learn. Describe your perfect home- I need a home with lots of patience and at least one dog who will show me the ropes. I need a safe fenced yard and not too many kids. Loud noises don’t bother me, but I need slow hands. I don’t use my mouth in a mean way but I’m really scared and it takes me a bit to warm up.
