My story

Hi everyone, I’m Orla! 🐾💛 I’m a sweet girl who just joined the rescue, and now I’m on the lookout for my forever family. I absolutely adore people — big and small — and I’m especially gentle with kids of all ages. I also get along with men just fine, and I do really well in the car, so road trips are totally my thing 🚗🐶. I’d be happiest as the only dog in the home, but with the right introduction, I might do okay with a bigger pup. I’m also good with chickens and horses 🐓🐴, though no one’s quite sure about cats yet. I already know a few cool tricks like sit, paw, and come 🐾✨, and I’m great in my crate. I’m still learning how to be the perfect walking buddy on a leash, but I’m eager to please and love going on hikes with my humans. My favorite things are squeaky toys, cuddles, and just being close to the people I love 💕. Baths, though? Not really my jam. 🛁🙈 What I really need is a family who will spend time with me and make me part of their day-to-day life. I’m not an apartment dog — I’d really enjoy a home with a big backyard and a tall fence where I can play and stretch my legs when the weather is nice 🌳☀️. Inside, I’m a total cuddle bug who’s happy to snooze on my own bed or snuggle on the couch.
