Goose

My story

Goose has a tough guy exterior with a heart of mush! This big boy looks large and in charge. But once he feels safe, he becomes a purring machine and will happily lean into pets and even sit on your lap! Goose is hanging out in one of our fabulous foster homes, so we've gotten to know him quite well. He likes to either be on his person's lap or hanging out next to them. His foster mom says, "He's also very intelligent and quite talkative for attention or food." Goose has told us that he has an intense dislike of cats, so he'll need to be the only feline in the home. When Goose was moved to a foster home, where he's the only cat, he almost immediately insisted on sitting on his foster mom's lap! How cute is that? We think a quiet, adult-only household with folks who understand cat body language would likely be best for him.
