Meet Herschel! 🐶Herschel is a 2-year-old sweetheart with a heart full of love and legs made for running! This friendly and energetic pup is always ready for playtime, whether it’s chasing toys, going on walks, or just zooming around the yard. He’s also incredibly sweet and loves being around people—expect lots of tail wags and happy kisses.Herschel would thrive in an active home where he can get plenty of exercise, attention, and affection. If you're looking for a loyal companion who's equal parts fun and loving, Herschel might be your perfect match.Come meet Herschel at the MaryAnn Wright Animal Adoption and Education Center—he’s ready to be your new best friend!For current adoption fees, please see our website, www.metrodetroitanimals.org. Adoption fee includes: age-appropriate vaccinations, spay or neuter, microchip, ID tag, fecal / worming, basic physical and behavior assessment. Dogs (6 months and older) receive an occult heartworm test. For an additional $20, cats (12 weeks and older) can be tested for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus) / FLV (feline leukemia).
