Byndi

My story

Byndi is a happy, outgoing girl who has no idea that she has “special needs”. She greets friends and strangers with optimism, enjoying head pets. She LOVES to play! She is joy condensed into a small grey and white wobbly body. She has Cerebellar Hypoplasia, a developmental condition which causes poor coordination, balance and movement. While there is no specific treatment, these kitties can live normal lives with some simple home adaptations. She is able to navigate into/out of the litter box without difficulty and she eats from a regular food bowl, drinks from regular water bowl. Her biggest risk is falls so it is important that she live in a home that limits her ability to get on surfaces from which she could fall and be injured. She needs a home with no small children - would do fine with older children. She has no idea that her wobbly ways are not “normal”– she is just happy to be with friends, and honestly, we think she’s perfect, wobbles and all.
