My story

- Prefers to take her time opening up and starting new relationships, and may tend to explore and do her own thing when you meet her here in the shelter, but she'll likely open up more once she's in a home environment and has had time to decompress - A bit head-shy and may benefit from a harness vs. an over-the-head collar, as well as continued confidence-building in her new home - LOVES peanut butter and other treats and they're a great way to make friends with her - Once she knows you, she loves chin scratches and face massages - Knows sit and loves to learn with treats as rewards- Young, noisy or busy children can be too much for her right now (mature home recommended) - Sometimes isn't sure how to act around other dogs and can be socially awkward; does best with slower-paced meet-and-greets using tasty treats to help her make friends (dog intro required) - May have allergies (more info at ARL) This pet qualifies for our 7-day Foster-to-Adopt program. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed.
