My story

Meet serene Serena!  Just look at that sweet, friendly little face!  Don’t you just want to kiss that adorable black nose?  What a lovely little lady!  How yummy is she?  Her bengal-like markings make me hungry for a piece of coffee cake with a cup of coffee with cream.  Simply irresistible.  Serena has a sister, Samantha, that looks like an identical twin, but Serena is darker in color.  It is easy to mistake Serena for Samantha, and Samantha for Serena!  The sisters were found on 6/1/25 with their five orange brothers, alongside their mama, who had passed.  Only about two weeks old, they landed at my foster home the next day.  After many exhausting hours and weeks of bottle feeding these babies, they developed into wonderful, healthy kittens.  Not a sick one in the bunch!  That is quite magical!  Serena has a quiet, strength about her; she is playful and confident.   She seems to be the spirit of the litter, which is quite enchanting.  Always having fun, but with a relaxed manner.  Serena can be a little flirtatious, and somewhat of an instigator.  She loves chasing and wrestling with her brothers, and her sister.  Take down!  Perhaps a little mischievous, she appears out of nowhere and surprises everyone.  Poof!  Tag, you are it!  She seems to have special powers that allow her to jump straight up to catch the feathered toy on the end of the wand.  She and her siblings spend hours flying across their kitten room, from the tower, to the condo, to the hammock.  It is not clear who has the most fun!  Serena is always ready for hugs and love.  She is a sweet little kitten, and she has cast a spell on me, for sure.  Has she cast one on you?  Contact CCR and adopt this bewitching kitten, before she vanishes with a simple wave of a hand.     Serena is scheduled to be spayed on Tuesday, August 26, and will be ready to find her fur-ever home shortly after.  If you are interested in this tranquil young lady, please contact Critter Calvary Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com, and be sure to mention where you live, city and state.
