My story

LOVES EAR MASSAGES  DOB 6/1/25 Hey there, everyone! I’m Chai, and I’m an adorable, affectionate, and playful brown tabby fella who really loves it when Foster Meowmy massages my ears. So that’s when I turn on my purr motor, which sounds like a perking coffeepot. In fact, I like it so much that I now seek out her attention in hopes that she may scratch my cheeks or chin as well! My favorite part of the day is when Foster Meowmy waves the feathered wand toy over my head or snakes it around the room for me to chase. I usually hang back to wait for my siblings to give me the “all clear” signal before I try new things. Call me hesitant, call me a follower, but I just like to play it safe and let Mocha or Latte lead the way. Foster Meowmy’s neighbor had a problem with community cats in her yard. When Foster Meowmy went over to help trap the adults, including our momma, she scooped up Mocha, Latte, and me when we were about seven weeks old. She brought us inside to socialize us so that we’d have a chance for a better life indoors. We learned to interact with people very easily and even used the litter box perfectly on the first try! We really enjoy the cat wheel, the cat tree, and all the toys that indoor kittens get to play with. But nothing beats tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with each other, and then collapsing in a kitten puddle when we’re exhausted.
