My story

    Meet Banjee – Fun-Loving, Loyal, and Ready for His Fresh Start! Banjee is a 5-year-old, 27-pound pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He just finished his heartworm treatment and is ready to start the next chapter of his life—with a forever family! Banjee enjoys being around other dogs but doesn’t need a canine companion to be happy. He loves romping in the yard, playing with his toys, and chewing on Benebones and antlers. He’s also a great car rider and an easygoing travel buddy. This boy is an early riser and is always ready to start the day right at 7:00 a.m. He’s also good with kids, making him a great fit for a family home. Banjee is crate trained (though he may bark a little when first settling in) and is about 99% potty trained if kept on a schedule. At mealtime, though, he forgets all his manners and acts like he hasn’t eaten in days—so he should be fed separately from other pets to keep the peace. Because he’s quite the talker, Banjee isn’t suited for apartment, condo, or townhome living. He’d do best in a single-family home with a fenced yard and a patient family to continue helping him learn the ropes of being a loved family dog. With love and guidance, Banjee is sure to blossom into a loyal, happy, and entertaining companion.
