Say hello to Jeff, our charming male orange tabby who’s ready to pounce right into your heart and maybe your lap, too! Jeff arrived at our shelter at the end of July, thanks to a wonderful local grassroots organization that trusted us to help him find the forever home he deserves. Since then, he’s been winning over everyone with his laid-back attitude, curious spirit and friendly personality. 🧡 Why choose Jeff? Because orange tabbies are iconic! From Garfield's sassy charm to Milo’s adventurous streak, orange tabby cats have been stealing scenes — and hearts — in American pop culture for decades. They’re known for being sweet, social and full of character... just like Jeff! Whether you’re looking for a lazy afternoon cuddle buddy or a playful companion to brighten your days, Jeff is the perfect mix of chill and cheerful. Come meet Jeff and see for yourself why orange tabbies are some of the most beloved cats around. He’s not just a trend — he’s the real deal. The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times. If you are not available during those times, special arrangements for a meet and greet may be able to be arranged by emailing arfcats@bereaanimalrescue.com.
