My story

Baby is a sensitive girl looking for a quiet, patient home where she can truly shine. At just 39 pounds, she’s a petite pittie mix. Baby is timid and can be fearful around new people and unfamiliar environments, but treats, a calm approach, and consistency go a long way in helping her build trust. Once she’s comfortable, she shows her loving side. She has previously lived with another dog and may do well with a canine friend after a proper introduction. Baby would thrive in a low-traffic, adult-only home without young children or a lot of noise and activity. If you’re someone who understands that the best relationships take time to build, Baby could be the perfect addition to your home.If you are interested in meeting Baby, please visit the shelter during our open hours; Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 10a-12:30p & 2p-4p, Thurs 10a-12:30p & 2p-6:30p, and Saturday 9a-1p. Adoption application can be filled out and approved during your meet-and-greet. If you have another dog in the home, plan to bring them for a meet before you complete the adoption!
