You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION! Ollie was living in a home but his owner became unable to care for him. She gave him to family members to care for and they decided to rehome him as he was not getting along with their big dogs. Adoption fees include up to date on vaccines, treatment for fleas and worms, spay, chip implantation and initial registration.  Application link:  https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/32026/genericYou can meet pups at the Fontana Petco on Sundays from 12-4. or pre-adopt by completing and application.. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Apply on-line using the link to our application.  Please be sure to use the species specific application for a dog or cat.  Adoption events are held every Sunday, excluding holidays, at the Fontana Petco.  The Fontana Petco is located at the corner of Sierra and Sierra Lakes Parkway, just off the 210 freeway, August 28, 2025, 6:38 am
