My story

Sam is a 2-3 year old male Shepherd mix who weighs around 56 lbs. If a sweet, calm, pleasant adult dog seems like a good fit for your family, then please look no further than Sam! This wonderful boy is a volunteer favorite in his current shelter setting. Good natured, very well-mannered, and great with people of all ages, Sam checks all the boxes of a that “perfect fit” dog from day one. He gets along well with other dogs. Though we have no cat history for Sam, his chill and gentle personality leads us to believe that he would adjust well to life with a cat. He arrived a little underweight, but is now fully vetted and putting on some weight with the help of good quality food. Truly, if you are looking to avoid puppyhood and welcome that easy, calm adult dog into your life, please consider Sam. He’s truly a dog of a lifetime without a doubt! Sam is neutered, fully vetted, heartworm negative and microchipped. Our pups come with one month of free pet insurance when you adopt.
