Name: Wanda          Best Guess for Breed:   Shepherd and retriever mix Best Guess for Age: 6 months as of August 2025        SEX:   Female   Approximate Weight:  25 lbs as of 8/26/25- she is still growing!   Gets Along With:  Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:   South Carolina shelter - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here!   Wanda is Looking For:   Her forever home! She's got all that awesome young-dog energy and is eager to have her own humans for long sniffy walks, romps in the park, and exploring the world - she hasn't seen nearly enough of it. She'd love to make pup pals along the way, too. Quality kibble, cushy dog beds, peanut butter-filled Kongs - yes, please. But you know what she wants most of all? To know where she belongs, to know she's safe and loved for all her days. What do you say? Is Wanda the one you see by your side? What My Foster Says About Me:  We will update this once she has spent time in foster care. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this puppy is $485, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
