My story

Hey there, future best friend! I’m Tyson! I’m a 15-pound terrier-Dachshund mix with a big heart and short legs—perfect for snuggles and strolls! I’m just a couple of years old, and while my past is a mystery (I was found as a stray), I’m all about making happy memories from here on out. I might be a little shy at first, but once I know you’re my buddy, I’ll be your shadow and your biggest fan. I get along great with other dogs—I share my kennel with a few and we’re all besties! I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure how I’d feel about them, but I’m open-minded! I’d be a  great fit for apartment living  or for an  older person looking for a sweet companion . I don’t need much space, I’m not high-energy, and I only need occasional grooming. I’m up to date on all my vaccinations, I’ve been neutered, and I’ve got a microchip now—so I’ll never get lost again!
