You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.James is a sweetheart with a capital S who adores his people, is very  curious and likes other dogs. He came into rescue with his brother Jesse (also available foe adoption) because of family medical reasons. He's good with dogs and kids but absolutely no cats.  He's loves leash walking and exploring in the back yard. Hes super smart and doing good on house training and recall. He is an escape artist will not come when you call if he gets out. However, he will go up to first person and jump in their arms or car. Endearing him to all.  Loves people and attention. Physical fence required, no long periods of time alone and no small children. James can be adopted with his brother, but not necessary. He is an absolute joy. Sleeps through the night in his crate or on the bed. He will steal your heart. H will need training to teach guide him to be the best possible dog. Come see him at Petsmart, Utica  most Saturdays from 12-200 pm. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  ********************************************************************************** We show some of our adoptable dogs at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday between the hours of 11:00am and 3:00pm.  Cats typically don't do well at events, so they only attend with a pre-approved meet and greet appointment. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: mmarpaws@gmail.com to see if that pet will be there.   Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only.   Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise.   MMAR is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c) 3, non profit organization.
