My story

Vroom, vroom! Meet Harley, a 10-month-old, 5-pound kitten from the NYCACC who purrs like a motor!  Harley is a friendly, funny, playful, brave, and curious kitten. She is the sweetest companion one minute, nuzzling on your shoulder, and the next is tearing down the hall off on a new adventure. She currently lives with two dogs and a cat, and wants to be everyone’s friend, especially the two dogs, who she loves to play and interact with. She has had some problems with the resident cat, but it’s likely that she could thrive with a cat companion of similar personality and energy. Harley was rescued from a hoarding situation and initially was shy and shut down, but she has come into her own in foster care and shown her true outgoing personality. She wants lots of time with her humans playing and snuggling, but has no problem entertaining herself when she needs to, exploring, playing, and zooming around. Vaccinated for FVRCP and rabies. We are currently unable to respond to general email inquiries as an all-volunteer run rescue. If the animal is on our website, they are still available.
