My story

Hi, I’m May! I’m a 5 ½ year old American Staffordshire Terrier and quite possibly the cutest little gargoyle you’ll ever meet. I’m a silly, energetic girl with a big heart who always wants to be close to my people. While I’m still working on polishing up my manners, the amazing staff at HSFC is helping me learn every day—and I’m eager to please!I walk nicely on a leash, I adore meeting new friends, and I make sure to spread the love by stopping at all the kennels to give my buddies kisses. I’m playful, goofy, and affectionate, and I can’t wait to find a family who will love me just as much as I’ll love them. Currently, I am available for adoption.
