Each biography will specifically list the adoption fee.Adoption Fee: $750 Meet Chiclet – The Tiny Dog With the Big Smile If you’re looking for a daily dose of joy wrapped in a 12.5-pound package, meet Chiclet! Yes, like the gum – small, sweet, and guaranteed to make you smile. At just 10–12 months old, this pint-sized Chug (that’s a Pug-Chihuahua mix for the uninitiated) has already mastered the art of turning ordinary days into laugh-out-loud sitcom episodes. Chiclet is a professional mood-booster. She wakes up happy, eats happy, naps happy, and yips at the door happy. She doesn’t really bark – it’s more like a squeaky little 'excuse me, human, door service please!' She’s a snuggler extraordinaire, equally content to curl up in your lap or cheer you on while you type away at your computer. She’s also a generous soul—if another dog, cat, or even a bold kitten wants to eat her food, Chiclet just shrugs as if to say, “Eh, I’ll share.” Her idea of a good time? Romping around the yard, chasing imaginary squirrels, or watching hummingbirds like it’s the latest Netflix series. She’s playful, curious, and social—she adores other dogs, thinks cats are cool, and loves kids. Chiclet would thrive in a home where she can be part playmate, part homework buddy, and part cuddle bug. She’s the type of dog who makes everything better, whether you’re playing outside or binging TV shows on the couch. Like any young pup, Chiclet is still perfecting her house manners. She can use a pee pad and will yip at the door to go outside, but sometimes she still thinks the middle of the room is an acceptable “backup plan.” What can we say? She’s young, she’s learning, and at least she keeps life interesting! On walks, she’s a mixed bag—sometimes a polite stroller, sometimes a wannabe sled dog, and sometimes too busy wagging at strangers to care. The best part about Chiclet? She is always, always happy. Happy inside, happy outside, happy in your lap, happy at your feet, happy with breakfast (even if the cat eats half of it). She’s proof that joy doesn’t come in big packages—it comes in little ones with wagging tails, silly grins, and names like Chiclet. If you’re looking for laughter, love, and a permanent gummy smile in your life, this little gal might just be your perfect match.August 30, 2025, 12:37 pm
