Name:   Darcy          Best Guess for Breed:   Retriever and terrier mix  Best Guess for Age:  6 months as of August 2025       SEX:   Female   Approximate Weight:  28 lbs as of 8/29/25 - she is still growing!   Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:  South Carolina shelter - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here!   Darcy is Looking For:  Hi! My sister Delaney and I have enjoyed hanging out but now we're ready to split up and get our own homes. This is what I want: Play time! Snuggles! To explore the world with you! - and meet pup pals along the way! I promise to make you proud of me at dog school, and to give you adoring gazes and happy tail wags - and to always be your loyal companion. What do you say? Is there a spot for me in your life? What My Foster Says About Me:   We will update this once she has spent time in foster care Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this puppy is $485, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter.
