Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Tom Petty, a sweet and sensitive young dog who thrives with calm, patient handling and builds trust through positive reinforcement and fear-free methods. Once he feels comfortable, Tom Petty loves to lean in for pets and give gentle hugs. He shows house-trained tendencies and enjoys outdoor playtime and relaxing on his cot bed. Tom Petty may do well with a respectful, dog-social companion, but he is not suited for a home with cats and will need a quiet household with children 13+. A secure, fenced yard and a commitment to gentle, positive training will help this special boy continue to blossom. At SDHS:This pet has been vaccinated, microchipped and spayed neutered.
