My story

  Meet Beamer, the Labrador mix pup whose smile lights up every room he enters. True to his name, this happy boy beams with joy and friendliness for everyone he meets. Found with his littermates on a rural highway, Beamer’s luck turned around when a kind woman took them in and connected with Critter Cavalry Rescue. Thanks to her, Beamer has received all of his initial vetting and is now ready to find his forever home.   At just 12 weeks old and 14 pounds, Beamer is still a baby—but he’s destined to grow into a handsome, 60-pound boy with a soft yellow-tan coat and a heart full of love. His foster describes him as confident, compliant, and eager to please. With gentle guidance and training, he will blossom into the perfect companion for a family, an empty-nester couple, or even a first-time dog parent who’s ready to commit to his puppy energy and joyful spirit.   Beamer thrives on playtime, adventure, and plenty of affection. A fenced yard would be ideal for this growing boy, giving him the space to stretch his legs and burn off energy before snuggling up with his favorite people. His mix of sweetness, intelligence, and confidence makes him a blank slate just waiting to learn, love, and grow with his forever family.   Beamer is available now in Nashville, TN, and can also travel north on our certified transport van.
