My story

From dumped on the streets of Austin to living the good life in a TRAPRS foster home, all Barry needs now is a forever family. He is like that guy at the party that everyone wants to hang out with — he loves everyone, and everyone loves him! Barry is just a happy goofball whose favorite thing is being with people and other dogs. He will sleep on a dog bed, but also likes to sleep curled up at the foot of the human bed. His foster mom says he's one of the most cheerful dogs she has ever met! Barry would do best in a home with a backyard. He loves spending time outside sunbathing and watching the birds and squirrels, and he will stand by the back door to be let out. He would also love a doggy friend who doesn’t mind his puppy energy, but could do well in a home by himself with a family that would take him for walks and spend time playing with him. He is even learning to play fetch! If you need cheerful, happy-go-lucky energy in your home, Barry is ready to deliver!
