My story
Dexter was rescued from the county shelter by a kind soul who just wants to see him find a loving forever home. He’s 5 years old, weighs 61 lbs, and while he struggled in the shelter environment, he has really blossomed in his foster home. This sweet boy has been through a lot—he was found caught on a fence with burned paws, so he can still be a little nervous around new people. But with patience and kindness, Dexter will show you what a wonderful dog he truly is. He loves his stuffed toys, enjoys relaxing in his own bed, and is just waiting for a family who will give him the love and security he deserves.
