My story

Meet Betsy! 💕 Betsy is a 3-year-old “low rider” mix who has overcome so much and is ready to find the loving family she deserves. She came to us from ACS with her 8 puppies, emaciated and defeated, but with care, love, and time, Betsy has truly blossomed. Now at a healthy 36 lbs, she’s full of life, love, and personality. Betsy adores playing with her foster dog siblings and fits right into a pack. She’s also incredibly respectful of cats—never chasing or bothering them—making her a wonderful companion for a variety of households. When she’s not playing, Betsy’s favorite things are soft beds, head scratches, and relaxing with her humans. She’s both house-trained and crate-trained, making her an easy addition to any home. With her sweet temperament, resilience, and gentle nature, Betsy is ready to leave her hard past behind and start her next chapter as a cherished family member.
