My story

OK...just look at this sweet face! How can you resist? I'm a sweet chocolate girl with a cheerful disposition looking for my forever people! I have a cute little "prance" when I'm walking on the leash showing my exuberance for life and my enthusiasm to walk with you. If I get excited, I may pull a bit on the leash but I'm easily redirected and I'm sure I can learn better manners with some gentle training. I LOVE people and I aim to please! I'll give you some sweet chocolate kisses and lean on you when we sit on a bench to rest. I'll also greet anyone we meet on our adventures with a wiggly wag and loving hugs. I'm very gentle taking treats, which I love, by the way. So be sure to keep a full treat bag with you! I also like other dogs, so if you have a buddy at home, bring them in so we can see how we get along! I'm a smart girl and would love to learn anything you would like to teach me. Just be careful when touching my back or bum, or reaching over me when I'm not expecting it. It makes me a bit nervous. If that's my only fault, I'd say I'm a pretty great gal! Come meet me soon! A team member says, "Raphy is the sweetest, silliest love bug. Everyone she meets is her new best friend, and she LOVES spending time with you. She gets the cutest zoomies at the park, and she always zooms back to snuggle and cuddle with you. She also loves getting her haunches scritched, and if you stop, she will turn that big ol' head of hers (which fits great in your lap, btw) to look at you and let you know that you're not done yet."
