My story

Meet Elara! 💕 Hi, my name is Elara! I’m 8 months old and weigh just 9.10 pounds. Out of my whole litter, I’ve been told I’m the cutest of them all—and I’m not arguing with that! 😉 My siblings and I came to Charming Pet Rescue after our purebred pug mama had a surprise litter with a roaming dog. Our original owners wanted to sell us, but since we didn’t look “pug enough,” they gave us up. That turned out to be the best twist of fate, because now I have a pretty name, a shiny new collar, and people who truly care about me. I just had my first bath and nail trim—wasn’t exactly my favorite spa day, but I do love being fresh and clean now. ✨ Like my brother and sisters, I can be shy at first, since I didn’t get much people-time when I was younger. But I’m learning that being cuddled is wonderful, and people really just want to love me. With a little patience and kindness, I’ll be the sweetest, most loving little girl.
