My story

Hodge Podge is a delightful female tortoiseshell kitten with a name as unique and charming as she is! She was surrendered to the shelter for adoption along with her equally adorable sister, Ms. Frizzle, and the pair spent time growing up in one of our loving foster homes until they were old enough for their spay surgeries. While Hodge Podge doesn’t need to be adopted with Ms. Frizzle, we’d love for potential adopters to know about their sibling bond. If you’ve been thinking about adopting a dynamic duo, these two would love to stay together, but Hodge Podge is also more than ready to shine on her own! What's in a Name? Just like her name suggests, Hodge Podge is a wonderful little mix—of colors, of curiosity and of playful energy! Her beautiful tortie coat is a patchwork of warm tones, and her personality is just as vibrant: one part silly, one part snuggly and one part sassy kitten energy. She’s the perfect example that a little “hodge podge” can add up to something truly special. The shelter is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3:30-6:30pm AND Saturdays & Sundays 1pm-4pm. No appointments are needed during those times. If you are not available during those times, special arrangements for a meet and greet may be able to be arranged by emailing arfcats@bereaanimalrescue.com.
