Smart and eager to learn, Daisy will thrive with plenty of mental and physical enrichment like walks, playtime, training games, and puzzle toys to keep her busy. She has a positive history with kids 8+ and has lived with another dog before, so she may enjoy having a canine buddy. Daisy is used to living outside and sometimes chewed on things when she had nothing to do, so providing her with outlets for her energy will be key. She may also need refreshers on house manners, and time to help her feel safe as she adjusts. Since she can be shy when meeting new people, kids should be present during interactions, and giving her space and a quiet spot of her own will help her feel secure.
