My story

Wonton is a three-year-old, 15-pound Chihuahua who’s as sweet as his name. When he was at the Maricopa County shelter, he was described as being fearful. But with time, patience, and kindness at Home Fur Good, Wonton has shown what a brave little guy he truly is. He has blossomed into a friendly, affectionate companion who now greets people with enthusiasm and enjoys being part of the action. This charming fellow takes his treats gently, proving just how polite he can be, and he’s quick to win people over with his big brown eyes and irresistible cuteness. Wonton walks nicely beside you on leash, keeping pace with a happy trot, but he’s equally content to be scooped up for a cozy carry. Sometimes being close is the best place to be. Wonton’s adoption fee of $250 includes his neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and a complimentary wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital.
