My story

Kimber: Queen of the Belly Flop Hey there, world! I’m Kimber – a 4-year-old Lab/Pit mix, clocking in at a fabulous 60 lbs. of pure wiggle. I come fully equipped with a tail that could power a small wind turbine, a smile that melts hearts, and one very special skill: the art of the dramatic back roll. Yep, whether it’s the living room, the yard, or that fancy new rug you just bought… BOOM – I’m rolling over like I’m auditioning for a Cirque du Soleil belly-rub act. (Spoiler alert: belly rubs are non-negotiable. You rub, I wiggle. That’s the deal.) Here’s my highlight reel: - Great with dogs (I’ve got playgroup energy down pat) - Kid-friendly (translation: snack patrol approved) - Part-time lap dog, full-time clown - Can turn any ordinary Tuesday into a comedy show So, if you’re looking for a dog who will entertain, snuggle, supervise snack distribution, and roll onto her back at the drop of a hat—look no further. No obligation, but it reserves your place in line on the list. The shelter will contact individuals as they appear on the list. Ask about adoption transportation assistance if you do not live in the local area. The adoption fee is $95 and you receive certificates for $50 towards spay/neuter and $10 towards rabies vaccine if not already done. All dogs are heartworm tested, receive a DHLPP, flea and tick treatment, a bordetella vaccination and are dewormed.
