My story

Ready for your new best friend? Meet Ralph This medium sized dude has been through a lot recently, and somehow he shows up for his humans. What’s Ralphs idea of a perfect fit? A quiet home with someone who loves him as much as he loves them. While he does great in his crate and can be left alone, he would do best living a life where his people are nearby more often. He loves harder than he plays. He does get some puppy energy on occasion, but after a few laps around the yard, he’s ready to curl up at your feet and just hang out. Favorite snacks? Definitely not a veggie guy, but if you got peanut butter, he’s your guy   Food aggression? Not a thing with Ralph. But because of some minor “ralphing”, he does best being fed with a slow feeder and getting water a little at a time. Manners? He’s got them, he knows all basic commands and will …almost always listen to them Leash? As long as he’s wearing his harness, he’s good to go. A few lessons in pulling might be in order but otherwise he’s a solid B+ student   Barking? Nah, he prefers to let you know what he’s thinking through facial expressions. Ralph currently lives with multiple cats and two adults and is doing amazing with them. While small children would probably be okay, he does tend to get a little overly excited so older kids might be best. Ralph is a quiet, old soul, and really just wants a quiet place where he can spend most of his time close to his humans.
