My story

Connor is a sweet, sensitive 1-year-old hound mix who’s still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. This shy boy takes time to warm up, but once he trusts you, you’ll see just how special his gentle heart really is.Connor is searching for a calm, patient home where he can come out of his shell at his own pace. A quiet environment with no small children will help him feel secure, and a securely fenced yard is a must — he needs a safe space to explore without fear.One thing that really helps Connor shine? A confident dog friend. He looks to other dogs for guidance and would do best in a home with a calm, well-adjusted canine buddy to show him the ropes and help build his confidence.Connor isn’t the kind of dog who will rush up to greet you — but if you`re the kind of person who finds joy in slow progress, quiet companionship, and the deep bond that forms from trust earned over time, Connor will be your most loyal companion.
