Benny

My story

Life was not easy when 6 year old Benny was living on the streets of San Antonio. He barely had fur. His skin was infected, eyes crusted over, was underweight and really sad. Benny was picked up by animal control. And then ended up in a kill shelter, as many do in Texas. We pulled Benny from the euthanasia list and he had gone to live with a foster in the northeast, but his foster could not host him any longer. So he is back in Texas with our fabulous pet sitters. They are in LOVE with him. Benny learns commands very easily and really thrives with routine. He loves to run out to the grass and roll around. He also loves sitting on the porch and sightseeing. We have learned that Benny loves teddy bears. His skin and coat look so much better with every passing day. He is very good at bath time and loves to play ball, too! Benny is around 35 Lbs and estimated 6 years old. Now, it's time for Benny to spread his wings and find his forever home. It's time that he has his forever place to live life to the fullest. Once he has an approved adopter, we will have him transported! This can be in any state.
