Mr. Elegant

My story

Mr. Elegant is a sweet boy who`s ready to snuggle up on the couch with you, roll over for some belly rubs, and bring in some loving headbuts. His foster dad notices that he can be a little skittish at times, but when he`s got a safe, quiet home, he warms up incredibly quickly and proves that he`s a Very Good Boy. While he didn`t have the best environment to live in before coming to SAS, he`s a lover boy who`s ready for a cat-aware home that can provide comfort and snacks. He did have a history of fighting with another cat in his previous home, so it`s unknown how he will react to other cats in a new home. His foster doesn`t know how he might react to dogs or small children, but he would likely prefer a quiet home. So far in his foster home, he`s taken over foster dad`s chair, loves to be around while he works at home, lounging on a window perch, or getting up on his desk while he types away. He`s an excellent biscuit maker, and loves to roll over and sock up some belly rubs. He`ll come running when he hears the treat container shake, and makes his voice known when it`s dinner time. Mr. Elegant`s foster thinks he`s going to make a great kitty, and deserves a loving home! Currently he`s recovering from a small procedure to clear some eye goop, and he was neutered at the same time, so he`ll be a healthy boy going forward. Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal.
