My story

Bernardo and Daisy are a very sweet and loving duo who are learning to trust the world around them again. Beneath their cautious exterior are two affectionate souls who love to cuddle and play. Bernardo would love nothing more than to sit in your lap or on your chest and get lots of back and tummy scratches. Daisy likes to sit back and take in everything around her at first and then will demand lots of pets and cuddle time and becomes a very affectionate girl. Once they feel safe, they’re incredibly loving companions who enjoy hanging out, chasing toys, and soaking up attention. They both have a love of peacock feathers, absolutely love being brushed, watching cat TV, and perching in a window. In a calm home and with a little patience while they get settled, they’ll quickly become loyal, playful members of the family!Pets are complex beings and prior to adoption, interested adopters will be counseled by a staff member to discuss the specific needs for each animal. This will include reviewing all known medical and behavior information. ** Please note that some animals will receive numerous inquiries, sometimes more than we can process. Save the survey to your device with a new file name that includes your last name. Make sure it`s filled in when opened again.4. Put the name of the cat(s) in the Subject Line of a new email. Attach your survey, add any additional information you would like us to know, and send to SASCatFosterAdoption@seattle.govFrom Cat Adoption/Cattery/Free Roaming Room (in shelter):To meet this cat please come to Seattle Animal Shelter at 2061 15th Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, between 1 - 5 pm one of on one of our open days, no appointment needed. We are open on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. We are closed for adoptions on Monday, and all holidays.
