My story

Meet Nova, a curious kitten who is always ready to make new friends, she’s the first to greet you with a purr and a playful nudge. She confidently leads her crew through new adventures, exploring every corner of their universe with a brave and inquisitive spirit. When her celestial explorations are over, Nova loves to land right in your lap for some well-deserved snuggles. She's the perfect mix of daring curiosity and sweet affection, ready to light up your life like a new star in the night sky. We estimate her birthday to be May 5, 2025. Nova and her family were rescued in the Town of Poughkeepsie, NY.  Our required adoption donation is $150 per kitten or $125 per cat (older than 9 months). All our rescues are up to date on shots, microchipped, tested for FIV/FeLV/Heartworm. They are dewormed, treated for parasites and free of fleas. Each is spayed or neutered and given a rabies vaccination.  An application must be completed to be considered to adopt from Stray HELP.
