My story

How this pet arrived: Scar was brought in by their Previous Owner on September 7th, 2025. Why this pet is the one for you:Meet Scar! Scar is a bashful little lady who's still learning that the world isn't quite as scary as it seems. She's currently being treated for conjunctivitis, but she's handling it like a champ and is on the road to recovery! Scar is looking for a peaceful, predictable home-somewhere quiet, calm, and completely chaos-free (no wild dance parties or loud surprises, please). Think soft voices, slow movements, and cozy afternoons spent with a good book. Scar must be adopted with one of her littermates or into a home with another friendly, cat-social feline who can help her build confidence and show her the ropes. She's not a solo adventurer-having a calm kitty companion really helps her feel safe and supported. She's not into being picked up or smothered with affection, but she does appreciate gentle, low-pressure interactions. Wand toys? Yes, please. Treats offered like a peace treaty? Even better. With time, patience, and a little extra kindness, Scar will start to come out of her shell and let her sweet personality shine through.
