You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Miss Ella came to the shelter after she was surrendered by a local breeder. She's a 9 year old purebred miniature pinscher. She's a little bit larger than Dolly, who came in with her. We do have Miss Ella scheduled for a full vet exam on Sept. 22nd to make sure that she has no serious health concerns. She's a happy and bouncy gal whose fee will be $100. Miss Ella can be a little on the shy side which is normal for breeder release dogs. However she's very loving and definitely likes human companionship. We do think she'd do well with other smaller dogs and most likely cats. A quiet, adult only home would be best for her. Teens are fine. NOTE:  Adoptions are done via private appointment once an application has been completed and approved. Applications must be submitted at our website, mchs.rescuegroups.org. We are located at 101 22nd St. SE in Austin, right next to the airport. It's exit 180B off of I-90, right off of 218 South.  We do require that potential adopters be at least 21 years old and that any resident dogs be up to date on vaccinations, heartworm testing/preventatives, and spayed or neutered.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 10, 2025, 4:13 pm
